<p>I just heard that JBoss AS 5 CR2 is out (<a href="http://www.jboss.org/jbossas/downloads/">download</a>, <a href="http://sourceforge.net/project/shownotes.php?release_id=627020&amp;group_id=22866">release notes</a>). This is an important milestone as it passes the Java EE 5 TCK &#8211; we&#8217;ve been bouncing around the 99% mark for some time so it&#8217;s good to finally get over the line. While most of the key features of Java EE 5 (EJB3, JAX-WS, JSF) have been in JBoss AS for a long time  &#8211; it&#8217;s nonetheless nice to have the official stamp of approval. Kudos to all those involved &#8211; I can&#8217;t imagine TCK compliance testing is a huge amount of fun.</p>
<p>Now we just need another push to complete the productization process for the supported version that we&#8217;ll include in JBoss <a href="http://jboss.com/products/platforms/application">EAP</a> 5.0.
