Web Beans (JSR-299) Public Review draft available

Gavin King has just released the public review draft for the Web Beans spec. This is a major leap forward for ease of development in enterprise Java environments. The name “Web Beans” is a bit of a misnomer – there’s no reason why Web Beans can’t be useful and productive in developing a much broader set of applications.
